These terms apply to all registered players and visitors accessing scater from the Philippines.
By accessing or using the scater platform in any capacity — whether as a registered member or a casual visitor — you are entering into a binding agreement with scater and confirming that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. To register and maintain an active account on scater, you must be at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law governing online entertainment platforms. You must be a resident of or physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during active use of the platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account — duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. scater will never ask you to share your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel, and you should treat any such request as fraudulent. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it — this includes wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and any changes made to account settings. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify scater immediately through the available support channels and change your password without delay. We strongly recommend enabling any additional security features available on your account to reduce the risk of unauthorised access. scater cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep your login details secure or from your sharing of credentials with third parties.
scater supports a range of payment methods commonly used by Filipino players, including GCash and Maya, and all transactions are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider, and processing times may vary depending on the method used. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must meet any applicable minimum withdrawal thresholds as communicated within the platform's account section. scater reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests as part of its anti-money laundering and fraud prevention obligations under Philippine regulations. Funds deposited into your scater account are held for entertainment purposes only and are not eligible for interest accrual. From time to time, scater may offer bonuses, free credits, or other promotional incentives to eligible registered players. You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate platform outcomes. Collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, and any other form of coordinated dishonest play are grounds for immediate account termination and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities. You must not use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine law, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or the financing of illegal activities. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or exploit the platform's software, games, or security systems is strictly forbidden and may result in civil or criminal liability. scater reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to law enforcement where warranted.
All content available on the scater platform — including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of scater or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and this licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of platform content. The scater name, logo, and associated brand elements may not be used in any context without prior written authorisation from scater. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to scater regarding the platform may be used by scater without obligation to compensate you or to keep such submissions confidential. Unauthorised use of scater's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
scater provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or the continuous availability of any specific game or feature. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, scater shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from technical failures, payment processing delays, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers. scater is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your own decisions, including wagers placed and their outcomes, which are governed by the rules of each individual game. Nothing in these terms limits scater's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. If you experience a technical issue that you believe has affected the outcome of a game or transaction, you must report it to support promptly so that it can be investigated in accordance with platform procedures.
You may request the closure of your scater account at any time by contacting the support team, and any eligible remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. scater reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, without prior notice and without obligation to return any bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements. Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as communicated within the platform's account management section. Upon account closure — whether initiated by you or by scater — your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked and you must cease all use of scater's services. Any outstanding disputes at the time of account closure will continue to be handled in accordance with these terms and applicable Philippine dispute resolution procedures. scater will retain your personal data following account closure only to the extent required by law or legitimate business purposes, as detailed in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the scater platform shall first be referred to scater's support team for resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable timeframe, it may be referred to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines in accordance with applicable law. You agree that any legal proceedings relating to your use of scater shall be conducted in the Philippines and subject to Philippine jurisdiction. scater's failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
